You are solely responsible for Your Content, including obtaining consent from any third parties (e.g., the person being interviewed) before submitting their personal information, voice, or likeness.
4. AI-Generated Output
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate narratives and follow-up questions based on your inputs. AI output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or sensitive material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any output before sharing or publishing it.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to impersonate any person without their consent.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryKeeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
